We'd love to remind you of who "Syndrome" is by including a photo of the villain from the 2004 movie The Incredibles, but we can't afford to pay for pictures at this point in the klugness website's growth cycle. Poor Buddy Pine, aka Incrediboy. He was the biggest fan of Mr. Incredible, and badly wanted to be his side-kick ala Batman and Robin. But when Mr. Incredible spurned him after Buddy interfered with Mr. Incredible's heroic efforts to stop Bomb Voyage, Buddy turned on Mr. Incredible and determined to destroy him. Flip-flopping between intense love and hate makes Syndrome seem a bit wacko.
The key word that gave us the germ of the idea for this funny top ten list was "fanboy," as Elon Musk famously jumped up in the air (exposing his midriff) like a total fanboy at Trump's rallies. Interestingly, the Syndrome-Musk comparo idea seemed to work, as four of the items are identical on both sides (items 9, 7, 4, and 2). The comparo makes us wonder whether Musk may eventually turn on Trump and become his worst enemy, though we think it's more likely that Trump will kick Musk to the curb for competing with him for the spotlight.
As for now, the bromance between Trump and Musk is standing strong.
