Commentary

We previously thought we'd fully explored the many satirical/fake permissions that the Presidential Records Act allegedly grants to narcissists, but then we recently decided to go back to the well one more time. We think this will be our final effort on this topic, but we reserve the right to do silly things at any time for any reason.

Our first effort was posted on June 8, 2023 (Top Ten Phony Provisions of the Presidential Records Act), where we presented various Trumpy thoughts (e.g., he can take home any files he wants, Biden should be impeached, etc.) in a quasi-legal style that made the items seem like provisions of the actual legislation.

Our second effort was posted on June 17, 2023 (Top Ten Lesser Known Provisions of the Presidential Records Act), where we pretended the Presidential Records Act granted the right to engage in all types of ill-advised activities. Kids, don't try this at home!

In our third effort, we based some of the items on Trumpy thoughts (items 8 and 6) but most of them are fanciful and totally made-up provisions of the Presidential Records Act (items 10, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1). We suspect the whole reason behind item 1 was to justify a funny picture. We think this pic is almost as good as the one about deer playing a board game!
