This funny top ten list speculates about ethical matters that may be of concern to Clarence Thomas, a Supreme Court justice who has served on the court for over 31 years. Thomas was nominated to the court by George H.W. Bush in 1991.

Among the possible ethical matters is a failure to disclose luxury trips sponsored by conservative donor Harlan Crow. Interestingly, there's a fair amount of overlap between the items shown above and the questions Thomas has asked over the years during oral arguments before the Supreme Court. Ha!
