Commentary

Recent news reports have suggested that Truth Social may be under financial stress. The Company allegedly owes $1.6M to an internet infrastructure company for several months of missed contractual payments. The company also recently had its trademark application rejected by the the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office because of the similarity of its name to other entities. Finally, they recently went trick-or-treating and got a rock. Just kidding.

Since klugness.com is a humor website rather than a news website, we're going to focus less on actual financial stresses and more on the ones we made up out of thin air. Most of these items are whimsical financial stresses that we invented, but a few are loosely based on reality. For example, in item 3 we roll our eyes at Trump Media & Technology Group CEO Devin Nunes's outrageous annual salary. And as a related topic, in item 8 we have a reappearance of "Devin Nunes's cow," the gadfly parody Twitter account that got under Nunes's skin and went viral as a result of the unsuccessful defamation lawsuit that it prompted. For good measure, we threw in the customary Trumpy references to ketchup stains and clogged toilets.
